Who build the homes

Suzanne Goodwin: “Our first home in our 45-year marriage was at 6017 Encino Avenue in Encino Park.  We didn’t know until my parents first visited that my father and uncle had worked as lathers on the project.  I have a photograph of all the workers involved in the building, including my father and uncle.  What fun to see the original brochures, specifications and to identify our house as Plan E.  For the record, my father, Charles Suddarth, is seated in the 2nd row center with a cap and head tilted downward (light shirt) and just below a standing, belted man who if fingering his shirt.  I am unable to identify my uncle.”
